Hair by Feree ("Hair by Feree", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit hairbyferee.com, request an appointment or contact us, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an appointment or send a message: your name, phone number, email address, requested service, preferred date and time, and anything you choose to write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Standard request logs (page requested, time, browser type). We do not store your IP address in readable form; we keep only a one-way keyed hash of it to prevent abuse.
Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which of our ads lead to a phone call or an appointment request. Google may set cookies for this, and may show a Google forwarding number in place of our phone number so calls from the website can be counted; these calls reach us exactly as usual. You can learn more or opt out at adssettings.google.com.

We never sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
4. How we protect it
- All traffic to and from this website is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher, with HSTS.
- Your name, email, phone number and message are encrypted with AES-256 before they are stored, and the database itself is encrypted at rest with a managed key.
- Access to booking data is limited to authorized staff, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and every access to the admin area is logged.
- Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud in the United States.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers to operate the site: Google Cloud (hosting and storage), an email delivery provider (to notify us of new requests) and Google Ads conversion measurement (to count the calls and appointment requests our ads bring in). They process data only on our instructions or, for Google's measurement, as described in Google's own privacy policy.
6. Retention
Appointment requests and messages are kept for up to 24 months and then permanently deleted, unless we need them longer to meet a legal obligation.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing fereshtehabdollahbiki@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
If we update this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
